Guarantee :

Tickets-exchange guarantee the buyer to get the tickets he paid for (or better tickets) and have access to the selected event. If the seller fails to send tickets on time, Tickets-exchange will provide similar or better replacement tickets at no additional cost. A member of our staff is usually on site to handle emergency cases.

FANS’ Important :

Tickets-exchange is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged tickets. Once tickets have been delivered to you (the buyer), you are solely responsible. However, we will always be here to help and find solutions.
